Weather Policy

Mobile detailing requires conditions that allow us to work safely and deliver a quality result. Heavy rain, lightning, extreme temperatures, high winds, or other unsafe conditions may require an appointment to be rescheduled.

When weather may affect an appointment, Lustrivo Automotive will contact the customer using the information provided during booking. Weather-related changes initiated by Lustrivo Automotive may be rescheduled at no charge.

Customers should provide a safe, accessible work area. A garage or covered space may allow service to continue when conditions are suitable, but Lustrivo Automotive makes the final safety and service-quality determination.
