Service Terms

Appointments are subject to availability. Reservations within Noblesville, Westfield, Carmel, and Fishers are confirmed automatically when an available time is selected. Requests outside those cities require review and separate confirmation.

Customers must provide a working outdoor water connection, a standard electrical outlet, and a safe work area around the vehicle. Payment is due after service. We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, and PayPal.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Weather-affected outdoor appointments may be rescheduled without charge.

Pricing assumes a vehicle in a condition reasonably consistent with the selected package. Lustrivo will discuss any condition that prevents safe or effective service before work begins.

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right under the Lustrivo Satisfaction Guarantee.

The founding-client offer applies to the first 25 eligible confirmed appointments, is limited to one first detail per customer, and cannot be combined with another offer.
