Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your Cal.com confirmation or email lustrivo.automotive@gmail.com.

Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may affect our ability to offer a preferred replacement time. Lustrivo Automotive may waive notice requirements for emergencies or unsafe weather conditions.

If Lustrivo Automotive must change an appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and help select another available time. No online payment is collected when you reserve.
